I love that you brought this up. I feel like we often build positive habits and then turn around and reward them with negative ones. I.e., exercising, then going home, and overeating. This is why when I was making my habit tracking tool Confetti, I added Not-To-Do habits to help people avoid the temptations and track the avoidance of harmful habits.
